Agent for Coast to Coast Rental Management Company, a Rental Property Management Service
Bill McLaughlin, Inc.,
ARM
Property Manager.
If you own real estate in the West Pasco or North Pinellas area of Florida, we can manage it for you. We offer a complete service at a very reasonable rate. Unlike other Real Estate offices that are now "doing rentals", our focus has been on managing rental properties for 23 years.
We specialize in single family homes, condos, and small commercial properties. Often our managed properties have out-of-state or out-of-country owners.
With the expertise of Bill McLaughlin's 36 years in real estate and 25 years in the Pinellas County Area we feel that we have the best Property Management Service in the area.
Bill has been specializing in Residential Property Management since 1990. After completing the Successful Site Management Course presented by the Institute of Real Estate Management and becoming a Property Manager in the Clearwater area, he then attained the Accredited Residential Manager designation in 1995.
Bill is also a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers. This organization is dedicated to the continuing education of managers and the lobbying of politicians to obtain fair laws for you, the Landlord.
